Dan Parker

Dan Parker has worked in marketing and advertising for 25 years. As Chief Executive and Executive Creative Director of marketing innovation agency Sponge, he pioneered online, mobile and location marketing for the world's largest food, restaurant, grocery, media, and technology brands, He is the project lead and Chief Marketing Officer of Veg Power, a not-for-profit organisation which inspires kids to eat more vegetables. Veg Power is best known for the Eat Them to Defeat Them campaign for kids which reached into the homes of 40m people in 2019.

Jo Ralling

Jo is Head of Communications at The Food Foundation, with over 20 years experience working across all areas of broadcast, digital and print media. Jo has held leadership positions in the Jamie Oliver Group, overseeing all television production, creating the global digital strategy and setting up the hugely successful Food and Drinks Tube. She launched the Sugar Smart campaign for the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation and played a pivotal role in delivering the UK and global advocacy campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of sugar to long term public health. Jo runs Rising Tide Films and the Brighton Production Hub to connect production talent and broadcasters across the city.

Claire Wright

After leaving Exeter University with a degree in English Literature, Claire worked in various fields ranging from youth work and charities to publishing, before starting up a food-focused website when her first child was born. After being asked to project manage the publication of Veg Power's Crowdfunder book, Claire came on board as a fully-fledged team member to take on the role of Communications Manager.
