Neil is Chef Director of Café St Honoré, using good ingredients cooked simply. One of Scotland’s most passionate chefs, cooking is to him an “emotional experience that uses all the senses”.

Ruth co-created Michelin-starred River Cafe with Rose Gray. They published The River Cafe Cookbook in 1995 followed by ten more cookbooks, all bestsellers. The authors also hosted The Italian Kitchen.

Jennifer John, a trained home economist and a member of the Guild of Food Writers has been working with the Discover Great Veg campaign for many years, including, developing recipes.

Mel is passionate about healthy delicious food sourced locally. She runs Penylan Pantry, the Cheese Pantry, and the Secret Garden cafe in Cardiff, where she sources salad from less than 50m away!
